DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure projects are executed according to the timeline. Ensure effective communication between teams, other sections, and departments. Develop plans and set short-term and long-term goals for the team and projects. Prepare the budget and ensure that required resources are available and used efficiently. Manage inventory and plan for recruitment and training. Supervise team’s performance and be responsible for overseeing team members. Ensure the team’s work adheres to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Create and review daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any related major At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a telecommunications company. Familiar with standard installation procedures for Fiber Optic, CCTV, and Access Point implementation projects. Able to work and adapt to project targets. Strong leadership skills. Experienced in managing vendors with diverse backgrounds and characteristics. Possesses managerial skills, such as good interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, and organizational skills. Holds certifications and training, if available.
