DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage distributors in designated area to achieve business target; Responsible for execution of sales and marketing program by distributor; Responsible for sales reporting consolidation and provide distributor plan to achieve; Provide coaching and training to distributor sales team, and learning process as required; Find and maximize any business opportunities for future business growth.
REQUIREMENT

Have a min Diploma Degree, any major; Excellent English in written and verbal communication, Have a good knowledge and experience in training and coaching people Have a growth mindset and systematic approach to achieve sales target; Have a leadership skill to lead sales team and distributor as per company direction; Have a valid Driving License (SIM A). Have a good experience in global lube brands principal and managing distributor and sales team; Have a good understanding in B2C lube competition, and systematic way of thinking to win market; Have a good network of distributors, especially ones with strong sales team and capital; Have a collaboration attitude to work together with either internal team and distributor team; Have a proven achievement record on winning customers; Have a good self reputation in lubricant market (especially B2C)
