DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications. Install and setup laptops according to company policy Familiarity with basic networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Ensure that all employee IT equipment and services are in working order, including Macs, Windows desktops and laptops, IOS devices, printers, wireless networks, and audiovisual systems. Act as the first point of contact for IT needs. Track issues and take ownership of problems and see them to resolution. Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in IT major or equivalent, IPK > 3.00 Have 2 years of experience in related job Ability to communicate in English is preferred
