DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support to incoming queries related to desktop support, mobile device management, video conferencing Install and configure new IT equipment and monitors, perform PC refresh, deploy new hire installs of equipment, PC moves, retirement, and pickup of devices set up for retirement Wipe drives with proper chain of custody and inventory management, resolve incidents, and upgrade different types of software and hardware Record and update document requests using IT service desk
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Nitec in Infocommunication Technology Minimum 1 year of IT software and hardware experience Singaporeans only
