REQUIREMENT
3-5+ years of IT support experience, including Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, troubleshooting, and computer maintenance. Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues. Ability to install, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, client operating systems, and standard office applications. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and web-based applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 systems. Strong knowledge of Windows Server roles, particularly Active Directory. Proficiency with diagnostic utilities and Remote Management/Monitoring (RMM) tools. Solid understanding of small to medium-sized business networking protocols and internet connectivity. Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or MCP, are a plus.
