DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead and manage the sales administration team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders, contracts, and customer inquiries. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate and serve as the information liaison between Sales Department and other departments Manage Customer Relationships Management (CRM) data, ensuring that all sales-related inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Support the development of sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience as Sales operations and administration Manager (preferably within the FMCG industry). Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related tools. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively across department Placement in South Jakarta
