DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor all servers performance and maintenance (i.e. domain controller, application server, file server, database server) Responsible to organize and maintain effective IT network operation Identify the needs for additional hardware and software components required Oversee complaints, questions and assists users in using the software system or hardware for further service enhancement
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology studies Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position Willing to be placed at BINUS Medan Campus and work onsite daily
