DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing sales target directly with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in specific area territory. Acquiring a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements. Acquiring in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market. Preparing volume forecast and plans. Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments in HQ to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end customer service delivery & response to market trends & needs. Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major. Good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills, Team player, proactive, and highly motivated. Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision, Have ability to dealing with people Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver Good communicator both in English or Bahasa Having experience in handling GT & MTI channel in FMCG/Cigarettes. FOOM Lab Global is Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine.
