DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection. Ensure an efficient recruitment process to fill positions promptly. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations, personnel management, and organizational structure adjustments. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations with a focus on compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to perform under pressure. Proficiency in English and Indonesia (both written and spoken);
