DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for overseeing the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization Monitor the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately Coordinate with different departments to gather and analyze financial data, perform audits and assessments, prepare and present financial reports and budget plans, update databases, and develop strategies to optimize the finance department's operations Provide leadership, direction, and training to accountants in the Finance Department
REQUIREMENT

Held a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Experienced more than 3 years in finance or accounting and may have held positions such as financial analyst, accountant, or controller Have a strong understanding of financial principles and techniques and may receive training in financial modelling, analytical skills, and financial reporting skills Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills Excellent report-writing and communication skills Strong leadership skill and able to lead and work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
