DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support related to HR policies and procedures
Deploy talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.
Deploy end to end recruitment process
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment.
Process HC transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and leave management, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Conduct end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain payroll records, including deductions, tax forms, and employee timekeeping data.
Deploy employee transactions related to business support, such as transportation, accommodation, business allowance, reimbursement, insurance, etc.
Measuring the impact of organization interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Managing company physical/office assets.
Coordinate with finance and external vendors to manage payroll-related activities such as tax filings, reporting, and audits.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Min. 4 years of experience in HR operations & Payroll Management, GA Management, and Recruitment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to full Onsite Working Setting (WFO)
