To achieve targeted sales (Tender & Supply)
Increase Pipeline horizon within Sales Force or Opportunity Management System
Convert active pipeline to specified and won
Payment support from Project side to Distributor & Distributor to LIXIL.
Maintain Key Account
Manage market share (spec) and distribution coverage (sales)
Maintain existing Distributor
Finding new Distributor
Acting as Market Intelligent
Conducts event, collaborate with Marketing
Support quotations and documents tender to third party
Make sure a price validity in project proposal and goods delivery within period of LIXIL pricelist
Make coordination to pricing control PIC to secure budgeted gross margin
Arranging the sales contract to the customer/buyer together with the third party (distributor)
Manage and Coordinating the PO, shipment, payment of the delivery of sanitary ware and faucet order to the customer (Monitor PO until product delivery to customer as their PO)
Acting as a Key Contact Person from Project during construction and warranty period
Maintain relationship with all project customers including Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer and Distributor
Abreast of regulation concern with HSE and COC
REQUIREMENT
Min. Diploma degree in Any Education background preferably Architect
At least 5 years of sales, preferably Key Account (B2B) having exposures in the building materials/ construction industry and having good knowledge in project/ tender
Having wide range networking in project market (Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer)
