DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage engagement and oversee the overall performance of stores within the assigned area (Gorontalo, Manado, Maluku, Makassar, Palu, and Papua) to achieve target and growth. • Take responsibility for all aspects of the assigned stores, including sales performance, operational efficiency, and store staff engagement. • Ensure all stores adhere to the company's operational standards and branding guidelines. • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring optimal team performance. • Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment. • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, store conditions, and team achievements and manage accurate records to ensure proper documentation of operational activities.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major study. At least 5+ years of experience in the same position in retail business. Domain knowledge and experience in the Retail industry with preferred exposure in the footwear sector. Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide store teams effectively. Hands-on experience in store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout optimization. Excellent communication skills having a good command of English and the local language.
