DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and oversee the implementation of tactics and strategies tax in Bobobox’s Business. Proactively research, produce, monitor, and analyze tax rules, regulations, and legislation. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc tax reporting. Assure reconciliation between tax and statutory accounting. Maintain tax balance of the Company. Check/review accounts, tax computation, cash flow, and monthly tax estimation. Liaise with respective government tax authorities or external tax consultant if any. Prepare of the company annual tax return. Ensure compliance with tax obligations. Contribute to the identification and formulation of strategic objectives specific to tax. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders. Lead the daily activities and workflow of assigned employees.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification. 3-5 years of working experience in the taxation department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company. Have experience leading a team of at least 1 year. Preferably having experience as a tax consultant in a reputable consultant office. Having Brevet A&B Certificate. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulation. Proficiency in MS Excel and taxation tool. Proficiency in accounting software/ERP will be an advantage. Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
