DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Report to General Manager Responsible for business development of lighting projects and solution especially to Housing Authority, Goverment Departments, Public utilities like CLP, MTR...etc Work with management in project planning, quotations, tendering and specification and follow up progress of major projects in Hong Kong To build strong, trusted & long-term relationships with Housing Authority, Government, MTR, public utilities, property developers, architects, contractors & consultants Identify customer needs, actively participate in sales programs to expand sales results of existing and new customers Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Handle technical inquiries, provide quality after-sales installation, maintenance & repair support to customers Work with technical team to ensure the company's solutions stay updated with industry developments
REQUIREMENT

5+ years of sales experience inclusive of selling to Housing Authority, Government, MTR or public sector projects 2+ years work experience in lighting, building materials, building services....or related is preferable but not a must Connections with Housing Authority, MTR, Public utilities like CLP, public sector is highly prefer Strong project sales management skills Architectural lighting company Main customers : Housing Authority, Government Departments, public utilities, property developers, architects, contractors & consultants in Hong Kong We are looking for Sales Manager - with details as follows : Please attach your CV with salary expected to resume@jpc.hk JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
