DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Conduct marketing activities and analyze marketing strategies for PT Pos Indonesia assets 2. Perform administration: bidding, BAK, PKS, billing and supervision of lease payments 3. Monitor the implementation of the lease agreement, lease term and propose follow-up actions. 4. Support administrative needs and coordination between Tenancy Management and Building Management.
REQUIREMENT

1. All Majors 2. At least 2 years of experience in property marketing 3. Able to operate SAP and MS Office 4. Able to determine asset marketing strategies throughout Indonesia
