DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for day-to-day Laboratory Information System (LIS) operations encompassing: First level support to Lab users on system and workflow related queries First level troubleshooting on software and hardware issues with the appropriate follow up action to resolve the highlighted problem Update, create, archive of test dictionary and logic rules within LIS and ancillary laboratory application Assist in the planning, implementing and provision of post-implementation support for LIS upgrades or LIS transitions. Manage projects and events which affect LIS, e.g. scheduled/unscheduled downtime, preventative maintenance, network issues etc.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology/ Biomedical Sciences/Computing or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory with profound interest in LIS Basic IT knowledge in PC hardware and comfortable working with several Microsoft 365 products such as Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
