DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and audits. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering professional development. Ensure adherence to accounting and tax principles, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate financial planning and decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting. At least 3 years of work experience in finance and accounting within the mining or shipping industry. Possesses in-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, law, and regulation. Microsoft office packages (mainly Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English.
