DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance business performance. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback. IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems and services are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of the organization. Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Prepare and present budget proposals and reports to senior management and owing company. Project Management: Oversee IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on strategic planning and operational oversight. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity best practices. Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of hotel operations/applications is an asset. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
