DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead any corporate action like fund-raising or IPO Participate in annual budgeting and monthly estimates process Maintain several separate P/Ls at one time, per product category and/or per brand for management reporting Consolidate the results and ensure local statutory compliance Business partner with the other departments to support the execution of business planning and analysis Participate in financial accounting activities for local and regional business needs Ensure all financial information is being presented on timely manner In-depth knowledge of all financial related matters; including but not limited to local statutory compliance Support any audit activity Any other ad-hoc assignments
REQUIREMENT

Local Indonesian only Prior experience within Multinational FMCG Company is a must Seasoned strong finance leader with can-do attitude Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia Strong track record within consumer business Multinational company background is a must Experience in coaching or leading a team Familiar with matrix reporting structure
