DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Lead and motivate the sales team DT to achieve and exceed sales targets - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Daily Market visit, Join call and business review with DT’s & customers - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales
REQUIREMENT

- Proven experience in FMCG sales management : more than 3 years in GT channel - Strong leadership, Data analyze, Presentation and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques - Bachelor's degree - Age not more than 35 years M-150 is a Thai energy drink brand that was exclusively imported by a Jakarta-based company in 2002.
