DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist end-users (researchers, bioinformaticians, etc.) with technical queries related to the bioinformatics software. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Guide users through system setup, software installations, and configuration processes. Regularly monitor the performance of the bioinformatics software and underlying infrastructure. Develop and maintain user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQ documentation. Collaborate with software engineers to report, test, and resolve technical problems or bugs.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology At least 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles. Proven experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, network management, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux). Computer literate with proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, and Ms Access. Expertise in LAN, MAN, and WAN configurations and troubleshooting. Proficient in Cisco switching (VLAN, Trunk). Skilled in Cisco routing (InterVLAN Routing, Static Routing, Dynamic Routing). Familiar with PHP programming and MySQL databases. Can Join ASAP.
