DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets for KPR products in branches that affect revenue targets
- Providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers, maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solutions to customers
- Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external credit support with the aim of increasing team productivity in achieving monthly targets which have been set
- Increase cross selling between funding and lending products in branches to support the achievement of branch targets
- Ensure that all processes related to the sale of lending products are in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
- Providing referrals for new developers, property agents or other referral sources with the aim of increasing work productivity in achieving the set monthly targets
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum D3 from any major
- Have 2 year minimum working experience as sales, especially on mortgage sales, either in banking industry or property agent
