Evaluate customer progress and the effectiveness of the treatment provided periodically Provide end-to-end customer service and maximize the effectiveness of the system used Responsible for achieving the specified volume target Collecting data on the characteristics of the types of goods loaded by customers Make forecasts of customer loads for each voyage Make a price quote to the customer Maintain relationship with existing customers
REQUIREMENT

Min. S1 graduate from any major in reputable University Open for fresh graduate and experienced Min. 22 years old Have good communication and negotiation skills Able to handle complaints Have an interest in building relationships with others Willing to be placed in Surabaya
