DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create monthly activity plans and promotional programs. Provide product knowledge guidance and problem-solving according to assigned job responsibilities. Develop sales strategies, explore new markets, understand competitors, sales activities, and area coverage to achieve sales targets. Conduct presentations, negotiations, system integration, product demonstrations, consultations, and solutions to customers. Map potential customers' distribution in each targeted region for the company. Identify potential customers, explore new business opportunities, and develop new markets. Build good communication and partnerships with retail stores (traditional channels) and projects (developers, hotels, hospitals, office projects), maintain good relationships, and increase sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to carry out promotional and branding activities. Travel to potential cities across Indonesia. Manage and monitor branch turnover on a national scale. Innovate and develop new ideas (programs) to increase sales by introducing new products and achieving the company's set targets. Control dead stock products/barriers to slow-moving items.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field. Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales Supervisor (Developer, Hotel, Hospital, Office Project) or Retail in the field of Spring Bed Mattress. Proficient in sales processes and methods, including retail, project, and distribution sales. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred, English is optional. Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Flexibility to operate (travel for business trips/assignments) and ability to make decisions in complex environments. Strong communication, presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills. PT.
