DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Manager at Satex Group in Bandung. The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing financial transactions, budgets, and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing a team of finance and accounting professionals. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 7-10 years experience in finance and accounting Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, tax planning and forecasting Strong knowledge of tax regulations, audit practices, and compliance requirements Experience in managing a team of finance and accounting professionals Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Accurate, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) Preferably experienced in manufacture and textile industry/ companies Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Having a tax brevet certificate is a plus
