DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and prospect new business opportunities especially on handling Ads on Apps. Responsible for building impactful strategy on achieving Ads Target for Sulawesi Region Work closely with related stakeholders on executing flawless plans and strategies to faster grow Ads on online platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective advertising campaigns that meet client objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide clients with ongoing support and account management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising or agency industry or FMCG in Modern Trade or Key Account Management Have working experience with Start Up companies (Tiktok, Google Ads) is a major advantage Familiar with Join Business Plan Process with Top Accounts Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
