DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing the accounting function in processing financial data and information to produce the required company financial reports accurately.
Manage, coordinate, control and analyze finances including the need for investment, expansion, operations (cash flow), collection (credit control) and other financial aspects.
Plan and coordinate the preparation of company budgets, and control the use of these budgets
Planning and consolidating corporate taxation and controlling the planning, reporting and payment of corporate tax obligations in accordance with applicable government regulations
Supervise and develop the team's capacity to improve the team's or other staff's ability to work
Maintain good relationships with external parties (taxes, banks, auditors, investors) and other related agencies.
Provide financial reports and other reports related to finance for management as well as other parties (banks, investors)
Responsible for credit control management to ensure good cash flow
Planning and coordinating the development of systems and procedures related to financial, accounting, tax and investment aspects and their implementation. Including playing an active role in projects in the company related to its function.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent At least 10 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax Preferably having experience in a supervisory or leadership role for at least 7 years Have experience in KAP & Travel Industry (Preferable)
