DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and career development. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, addressing employee relations issues and disputes. Build and promote an excellent corporate culture in the Indonesian company, enhancing employee satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree from an Indonesian university is preferred. Min 5 years of Human Resources experiences. Familiar with full spectrum in HR Generalist.
