DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and profitability Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards Lead a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
REQUIREMENT

Male/Female, min. 35 years old. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-5 years of managerial experience in finance and accounting CPA or CFA certification preferred Knowledge of canned food industry practices and regulations Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage conflict and multitask across high pressure situations Detail orientated - ability to focus on small details whilst seeing the big picture
