DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and key accounts within the ISP industry. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within ISPs and other potential customers. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their network performance with our cyber optics solutions. Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective resolution of any issues. Sales Operations and Reporting: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the telecommunications or technology sector. Deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, cyber optics technology, and the needs of Internet Service Providers. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
