DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collaborate with the corporate HR team to oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Manage and execute employee onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless integration into the organization.
Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Support the corporate HR team in the performance management process, covering goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and administrations.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive work environment.
Identify training needs within the organization.
Maintain and ensure the implementation of the annual learning calender.
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
Stay up-to-date on labor legistation and managers about changes in regulations.
Participate in job fairs and career events.
Build the company's proffesional network through relationships with HR professionals,colleges, and other partners.
REQUIREMENT
Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrates a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Bachelor in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
