Sales and Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Present products to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Address customer inquiries and solve their issues.
Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Stay updated on the company's textile products.
Explain product benefits to customers.
Help create promotional materials with the marketing team.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Identify new business opportunities.
Provide market feedback to management.
Sales Administration:
Prepare sales contracts and manage the sales process.
Keep accurate records of sales activities.
Generate sales reports for management.
Team Collaboration:
Work with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Experience in sales at least 10 Year(s) preferably in textiles.
Required language(s): English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Willing to go on a business trip
