DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Guaranteeing the attainment of sales targets while offering insightful input on store expansion and enhancement. Offering strategic sales insights derived from thorough analysis of market dynamics, customer data, competitor landscapes, and more. Conducting comprehensive evaluations and analyses to optimize target achievements, business operations, and overcome challenges, all geared towards elevating sales productivity. Orchestrating control measures at each store, ensuring seamless operational flow and excellence. Engaging in dynamic coaching sessions and ongoing support in designated areas or stores, addressing challenges and fine-tuning sales strategies for continuous growth.
REQUIREMENT

Academic Background: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience of 1-3 years in the retail fashion sector is essential. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, with a strong command of document formatting and editing. Sales and Marketing Aptitude: Proven track record of excelling in sales and marketing initiatives, with a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior. Leadership Qualities: Possesses strong leadership skills and exemplifies a positive and collaborative attitude towards team members. Performance-Driven Mindset: Goal-oriented individual with a relentless drive for achieving targets, delivering exceptional service, and demonstrating unwavering dedication even in high-pressure situations.
