Responsible for financial success & day to day operations of a business within designated area. These include setting sales target, hiring staff & providing leadership
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy & plan for respective store for achieving company's sales number
Responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales budget, analyzing store sales, Operational & generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
Monitoring & Controlling the efficiency on daily basis : including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.
Maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvement required by the management
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably have experience from fashion retail
A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
