DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implement a standardize coverage strategy in distributor partner coverage area to ensure effective & efficient product distribution Plan and monitor sales activity & performance in distributor partner and maintain inventory & service level for all channel Conduct administrative process and documentation to ensure compliance with standardized business process Collaborate with relevant stakeholder in implementing field marketing program to increase product awareness in the territory Maintain, monitor and ensure the team deliver result based on expected target and competencies
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in any major More than 3 (three) years relevant experience in supervisory level in sales, distribution and channel management preferably with multinational Cigarette and/or FMCG Company Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English Possess functional skills in distribution management, coverage management and sales business process & system
