DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the FMCG sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the sales team. In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and industry trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and team members.
