REQUIREMENT
An experienced technical support representative with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role You have a strong technical understanding of data infrastructure and ability to process and understand technical documentation. You have strong documentation skills and are able to translate technical jargon for stakeholders of various backgrounds. Proficiency in billing, fraud, third party measurement and live issue management is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Team player with ability to work as an individual. Fluency in both written and verbal forms of English. Prior experience with Salesforce case management, Jira, payment platforms like Adyen is a plus. Prior experience with SQL, Javascript & Java a plus Ability to troubleshoot JSON and REST API’s
