DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Administrative: Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing purchase orders, tracking shipments, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Team: Collaborate to achieve company targets and ensure seamless operations within the purchasing department.
Planning: Work closely with the Director of Purchasing to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the department. Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and inventory management initiatives.
Communication: Assist the Director in translating documents and communications between Mandarin & Bahasa. Ensure accurate and clear communication with international suppliers and internal teams.
Operational: Assist the Director coordinate and supervise daily purchasing operations. Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate progress, and take proactive measures to achieve objectives. Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with China suppliers (Preferable HSK 5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
