DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Administers various employee benefit programs.
Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
Ensures that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit.
Provides, renews and maintains employee tools such as but not limited to mobile unit and line.
Establishes and maintains relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options.
Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalent
With 5 years work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits and HMO.

Ability to deal with employees across all levels
Good written and oral communication skill

Organized
Can start immediately or within reasonable time of notice
