DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure growth of accounts in certain segment by identifying the NOSE and designing commercial model
Present business proposal and ensure the negotiation is successful
Build a good relationship with Key Account Manager of the account and existing clients
Provide solution proposal for the needs of clients
Understand financial aspect, billing process, customer satisfaction, compliance, and other aspect of the accounts
Responsible on increase portfolio and develop various services from business unit Key Account for all clients.
As key person identifying NOSE, design commercial model to increase growth (upselling/cross-selling) from existing account with decent margin
Ensure the commitment of the Management Team and operations team to complete the service without safety or environmental incidents
Account Development (Based on Segment) intensively collaborating with Key Account Manager from other account to identify NOSE of client. Analyze share of wallet in Account Development Plan (ADP), Open opportunities on commercial model align with NOSE
Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and their work area within the organization
Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn’t involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work
REQUIREMENT
Min. holds Diploma 3/bachelor’s degree from any major.
Min. 5 years of experience in commercial.
Preferably from Industry & Manufacturing or Services Company.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to negotiate with strong analytical thinking.
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good English writing and speaking skills.
