This position will allow you to immerse in all aspects of brand marketing, from developing and launching new product, establishing brand presence, enhancing brand identity, and engaging audience in all aspects and channels of marketing. You will be working with a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about Skin Need and beauty, who wish to partake in shaping the future of beauty with clean, vegan, and sustainable skin care products. Key Responsibilities ~Initiate, plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand identity and exposure ~Identify, approach, and liaise with media and influencers for brand collaborations ~Drive and develop digital content marketing to increase exposure, engage audience, and convert to users ~Measure effectiveness of campaigns and communications to optimize exposure of engagement of audience ~Create innovative marketing ideas to lead the launch of new products and campaigns ~Pitching, setting up, and management of consignment and sales accounts of the brand to optimize sales and earn additional income Requirements ~A multitasker who is team oriented and able to maintain good work relationships both internally and externally ~Highly organized, proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and passion for the brand and beauty
