DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin duties.
Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos.
Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment, event florist arrangement / hampers etc.
Upkeep of First Aid kits (check for expiry dates/re-stock as required)
Apply, Renew, Terminate office-related phone lines, service line packages, and for eligible employees.
Arrange for air ticket, accommodation and Visa application for business trip.
Handle company vehicles related matters (accident records and claims, renewal of COE, insurance, road tax, season parking, VPC & etc.)
Monitor and renew company certificate (BCA / ISO / Bizsafe)
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENT
Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent Bilingual in English and Mandarin Computer literate Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill
