DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement sales operational strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets on the assigned area. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales team area to review progress, discuss challenges and plan next steps, also regularly visit the market to evaluate market share and monitoring about competitors’ activities.
Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (outsources). Set performance targets and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help the team meet their objectives and drive sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the assigned area. Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote the company's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Develop and execute promotional activities such as events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Ensure the promotional activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Collect and analyze data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations to direct superior.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum 2 years of working experience as ASPS or 3 years as ASPR form FMCG industry
Willing to be placed at all area in Indonesia
Have experiences coverage areas in Surabaya/Kediri/Makassar/Palopo/Toraja/Palu/Ambon/Maluku
