DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan merchandising strategies to balance customer's expectations and company’s objectives Assesing sales performance and taking actions accordingly on each ranges Collaborate with BM to plan product range and allocation Managing stock levels and the distribution Setting promotional stocks or markdown as appropriate Handling supply / production problems as they arise Supervising and training junior staff Meeting with Sales teams to get the feedback and action plan Anticipate market needs with correct product ranges plan and stocks
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management or equivalent 2-3 years of working experiences in retail industry preferably ritail fashion company (Bags/Shoes) Enjoy working with numbers, pay attention a lot to details, and excellent skills in operating common office applications (Excel) are the main requirements Good analytical and strategic thinking skills Strong skills in managing and leading people Detail and organized Multi tasking and have good communication skills Fluent in English both spoken and written
