DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work with the business unit in developing business plans, Identify new customers and retain existing customers, Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends, Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development. Recommend product enhancements to identify new business activities. Conduct product and sales training. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product development and sales solutions, Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.
REQUIREMENT

SMK Chemical/ Engineer/marketing Have good communication and presentation skills, Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Business & Marketing Experienced in the Chemical MRO div, from the Chem industry will be an advantage Willing to travel all around Sulawesi Able to drive a car and have driving license (SIM A). Good English skills are value-added.
