Bachelor degree in computer system, information system, computer science Max. 3 years of working experience Excellent communication skills Customer oriented Ability to diagnose & resolve complex technical issues Ability to solve networking issues related to Wifi & LAN in End User computing devices and trace routing to the networking infrastructure Willing to work on 24 hours shift and public holiday
