REQUIREMENT
- At least Diploma holder - Knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including HRIS management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance. Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations is crucial. - Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. - Proven ability to manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. - Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture while providing HR guidance and support to the company. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to effectively draft and communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels. - Strong ethics and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive HR information with discretion. - Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
