Defines and implements IT & Payments strategies and roadmaps to achieve business goals, considering global strategy and local needs. Drives change management initiatives throughout the organization. Oversees the development and delivery of Digital Assets to meet business demand. Focuses on improving solution time to market while ensuring sustainable growth, security, and scalability of the Digital Asset ecosystem. Negotiates with product and service suppliers, IT suppliers, and arranges contractual terms. Manages all technological systems and platforms to ensure the protection of data confidentiality and integrity, data collection, data processing, and transmission, in compliance with relevant regulations. Negotiates with acquiring banks, their technological partners, and other service providers. Optimizes ITSM processes, tools, and overall IT organization to improve insight and service levels to the business. Applies Architecture and Cloud-first principles Manages team activities, including team development. Manages the activities of entrusted departments in compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines. Ensures Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is in place and implemented properly. Reports to Country CEO (direct report) and Regional Functional: VP IT (regional level).
