DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute production process based on schedule from PPIC Manage raw materials and finished goods (storage, transfer, loading/unloading) Ensure recipe in DCS is running smoothly Monitor all process parameters during production Monitor interlock system during process Ensure production process are always comply with safety guidance Analyse process deviation and take necessary action Create batch production report Implement 5S in all production area Maintain efficiency of energy consumption in production Coordinate with Engineering Department for periodic preventive maintenance, SAMACO, etc. Coordinate with WWT Department regarding waste from production
REQUIREMENT

At least D3 or S1 graduate from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Have a good knowledge on chemistry Fluent in English is preferable Fresh graduates are welcome Understand P&ID and familiar with equipment process (pump, agitator, valve, etc.) are value added Good personality, discipline and communication is a must
